What it handles

From one spindle to two turrets.

Single spindle

Bar work with part-off, bar feed and part counting.

Main + sub spindle

Transfer, back-side work and part eject in one cycle.

Twin spindle, twin turret

Both turrets in step through the whole cycle.

Live tooling

C-axis and Y-axis milling and drilling, with features aligned on both spindles.

Bar feeders

Bar changes and remnant handling, so the bar end still makes a part.

Part catchers and ejectors

Finished parts out of the machine without stopping the cycle.

Every machine is set up from its own documents. Send copies of everything below. The more complete it is, the faster your machine is ready.

  2. 02 Programming manualG-code and M-code lists for your machine and its control.
  3. 03 Control and optionsControl model, software version and every installed option.
  4. 04 Machine configurationSpindles, turrets, live tooling, axes, chucks or collets.
  5. 05 PeripheralsBar feeder, part catcher, ejector, conveyor and coolant options, with their manuals.
  6. 06 Machine plateModel and serial number. A photo of the plate is enough.
  7. 07 A program that runs todayIf you have one, a program that is making good parts on this machine now.
  8. 08 Anything else on the machineService notes, retrofits, custom M-codes or changes made after delivery.
